Rick co-founded Continuum after more than 20 years in financial services. His work has included advisor recruiting, business development, practice acquisitions, and succession. He spent a decade at Kestra Financial, ultimately serving as Vice President of Business Development and recruiting advisors and teams.
His experience also includes leadership roles at large national firms and running an independent general agency.
He created Continuum's 6C Framework, a structured way to weigh any firm, including the current one, on six areas of fit.
