Analytics, recruiting, and transition-execution specialist. Jack focuses on making the match work: building the infrastructure, processes, and clarity that carry an advisor from signed contract to a partnership that still works years later.

With hands-on experience at a leading independent Broker-Dealer, he has supported transition planning, economic modeling, advisor onboarding, and platform operations.

A University of Arkansas graduate with a degree in Information Systems concentrated in Business Analytics and a minor in Blockchain Enterprise Systems, Jack builds the firm's data tooling - including the SEC-derived Market Intelligence reports on this site - and puts modern tools, AI included, to work on the unglamorous parts of a transition: economic modeling, paperwork sequencing, and onboarding logistics.
