Independent judgment
We consider broker-dealers, RIAs, acquisitions, succession paths, and staying put without a single-firm agenda.
Built for financial advisors weighing a move, acquisition, or succession.

“Every firm will promise you the world. I'm here to figure out which one can actually deliver it.”
Rick co-founded Continuum after more than two decades in advisor recruiting, business development, practice acquisitions, and succession. He spent a decade at Kestra Financial, ultimately serving as Vice President of Business Development and recruiting advisors and teams.
His experience also includes leadership roles at large national firms and running an independent general agency. That combination gives advisors an operator's view of firm strategy, transition economics, and the execution required after a decision is made.
Relationship experience, analytical rigor, and transition execution stay connected from the first conversation through the recommendation.
Jack builds the analytical and operational infrastructure behind Continuum's work. With experience at a leading independent broker-dealer, he supports economic modeling, transition planning, onboarding, and platform operations.
He also develops the SEC-derived Market Intelligence on this site, turning registration data into practical context for advisor decisions.
Chuck brings 18 years across the registered representative, RIA, and business development sides of financial services.
He helps advisors clarify what matters most and compare models across platform alignment, culture, client experience, and economics. That range turns advisor priorities into practical criteria before a search begins.
